Projects often incorporate thermal improvements to the external building fabric as well as delivering compliant details to support the government’s Net Zero Carbon Targets.
Working with existing structures is an important to Halliday Meecham Architects with the recladding of high rise buildings for fire safety, thermal upgrades, compliance, weather protection or aesthetic reasons governing the viability of projects.
Typically our role extends through the Pre Construction and Construction phase with works planned and delivered within a live occupied building.
