Fiona joined Halliday Meecham Architects in 2004 as a student from The Manchester School of Architecture. She is an expert in decant and phasing strategies for complex refurbishment projects with considerable experience of working within live, occupied buildings.
Fiona provides design leadership and commercial management across a range of subjects including Education, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial whilst taking a hands on role in project delivery. Her role involves leadership of the Higher Education team that is currently delivering the £60M refurbishment of the Chemistry Building and net zero carbon building upgrades and their enabling works.
She became a Director in 2018 and is focused on maintaining productive relationships within the practise and with key consultants and clients.
She spends time outside work visiting museums, art galleries and theatres with her three young children.
