Oliver joined Halliday Meecham Architects in 2014 and became a Director in 2018 focussed on developing the practice through transformational development following a change in leadership.
He is former Director of Hulme Upright Architects, an experienced architect and has delivered work across the UK in Leisure, Commercial, Healthcare, Residential and Education. He spent extensive periods of time working in London, The Midlands and Northern Regions before settling in Manchester in 2005.
As a recognised expert in major projects, Oliver provides design leadership, technical and commercial management from inception to completion as well as taking responsibility for developing new and existing clients. He has worked for both public and private sector clients, understanding the needs and motivations of each.
Outside of work, Oliver enjoys the outdoors with walking, running and cycling slotted in between international travel and cuisine. Family life is taken up supporting his two boys through their football careers and enjoying the highs and lows of Stoke City FC.
