Paul is an Associate Director at Halliday Meecham Architects. He is a RIBA Chartered Architect and RIBA Design Advisor (Education). Since joining HMA in 2000, Paul has brought his enthusiasm, experience and problem solving to a range of projects from Schools and 6th Form Colleges, University Student Accommodation and Residential, Healthcare, Crematoria and Waste Recycling Centres.
Paul is focussed on finding the best solution for the client through dialogue with key project stakeholders, and using his wide experience and lateral thinking. He is a problem solver with a pragmatic and practical approach.
Paul acts as Framework lead on the Cheshire East Council and Manchester C of E Diocese consultant frameworks, and works closely with several Multi-Academy Trusts. He advised Oldham and Bedford Councils on their BSF and academies programmes.
