Simi studied at Oxford Brookes University and the Manchester School of Architecture, completing her MArch degree with a Distinction.
Simi has worked for several local architects including PEN Studios, Stride Treglown and LJ Architects before joining Halliday Meecham Architects. She balances conceptual thinking with an attention to detail and has worked within the Commercial team delivering specialist industrial projects for a range of clients including Thor and Siemens.
With a keen interest in public spaces and community led design, Simi co-founded out of hours studio and workshop space, LUNA (CIC) and is a PlacED Ambassador focussed on supporting community groups in design and decision making.
Outside of the office, Simi enjoys the Manchester music scene and attends gigs between visiting galleries and drawing.
