Tim joined Halliday Meecham Architects in 2000 and became a Director in 2018 focused on developing the practice through across a number of sectors driving quality, technical delivery and information efficiencies through technology. He develops fresh work streams through new and existing clients in sectors focused on regeneration remediation and compliance.
He is a recognised expert in major projects and provides design leadership and commercial management across a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Education whilst taking a hands-on role in project delivery. He is currently involved with a number of multi-million pound developments including the University of Manchester Decarbonsiation initiative, and the renewal of numerous large scale residential projects countrywide. He has successfully delivered major projects such as the £160M Student Accommodation project at Sheffield University and the £10M James Chadwick Building for the University of Manchester.
Outside of the office Tim spends time up nearby hills with his Jack Russell, Inga.
